The texture adds just enough sensation to make a real difference, and the lack of a reservoir tip makes it fit more naturally. First time using this style and I'm honestly impressed with the comfort.

The textured surface actually makes a difference compared to the smooth ones I've used, and it doesn't feel too thin either. Fit was spot on for someone who usually finds standard sizes too tight. No annoying nipple end to deal with, which I appreciate.

Took a chance on the larger size and the fit around the base is way more comfortable than standard ones. The textured shaft adds a nice bit of extra sensation without feeling overdone. No weird tightness or slipping, which was my main worry.
